Non-commercial Policy:
NRA Show encourages speakers to provide attendees hand-outs or additional information useful during the session and post-Show. However, there is a strict non-commercial policy in place for speakers participating in the program:

   •   Literature cannot be placed on the seats of the session. Materials can be provided to
attendees as they file out of the room at the end of the session.

   •   No banners/posters/signage may be affixed to the walls at McCormick Place. Distribution
may not take place outside of the assigned session room or during the published session

   •   Sales are not allowed in the session rooms. However, all NRA Show participants, including
accepted education session presenters, can have their books sold in the NRA Show
bookstore. If selected as a speaker more information on book sales can be provided.

Selection Process:
Once a proposal has been submitted, our education team will begin the review process. (Submissions may be held until Call for Topics close date before being reviewed.)

Accepted submissions will be notified of acceptance on a rolling basis, but no later than, March 1, 2017.

If you are selected as a speaker, NRA Show is proud to provide you with significant exposure via pre-NRA Show marketing materials; social media and other web-based information; at-Show materials; and various press opportunities related to the post-NRA Show cycle.

In addition to brand and name recognition for your efforts, selected speakers will each receive one (1) complimentary Show badge to NRA Show good for the speakers’ admission to NRA Show 2017.

Unfortunately, honorariums, financial compensation and/or travel expenses cannot be subsidized by NRA Show.
