LORI ESTRADA
Senior Vice President of R&D, Wendy’s
Lori has been with Wendy’s for the past 15 years and possesses over 30 years of experience managing product development within the QSR industry. Previously, Lori has worked at Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, and Burger King. A graduate of San Diego State, she has also completed numerous courses at the CIA to keep her culinary and food knowledge sharp.
 

CHRISTOPHER KOETKE, CEC CCE HAAC
Vice President, The School of Culinary Arts, Kendall College
Christopher has been a culinary instructor at The School of the Culinary Arts of Kendall College since January 1998. He was appointed Dean of the School of Culinary Arts in 2005 and Vice President in 2010. He is also the Vice President of the Center of Excellence in Culinary Arts for Laureate International Universities where he is responsible for culinary programs across the globe.
 

JOHN LI
Senior Vice President of R&D, Bloomin' Brands
Li joined Bloomin Brands in 2010 – their concepts include Outback Steakhouse, Fleming’s, Bonefish Grill, and Carrabba’s. Prior to his position at Bloomin Brands, LI was in charge of the Kraft Culinary Center at Kraft Foods. He has a B.S. in Food Science from Cornell University, A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Kendall College and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
 

ROBIN ROSENBERG
Vice President, Chef De Cuisine, Levy Restaurants 
As Chef de Cuisine for Levy Restaurants, Robin Rosenberg fuels the development of innovative food offerings for the Company's extensive scope of dining and sports and entertainment around the globe. His passion for food and creativity is also evident at Levy's incredible array of high profile events including: Super Bowls, Harley-Davidson's 105th Anniversary, the Grammy’s and more. He brings over four decades of R&D acumen, culinary and menu presentation skills to his many projects and initiatives for Levy Restaurants.
 

LEE ANN SHAW
Global Procurement Director Hot Beverages and Snacks, Aramark
Lee Ann Shaw has over 30 years of experience in the Food Service Industry in Procurement, Distribution, Category Management and Operations. She currently is the Aramark Global Procurement Director for Hot Beverages and Snacks. She has been the Director of Supply Chain Operations for Education and Refreshment Services, a Regional Distribution Manager and a District Manager for Business Dining Mid-Atlantic Region.
