  2. Are there any exceptions to the booth height regulation?back to top

    There are NO exceptions to any of the NRA Show Exhibit Design Regulations. This is to protect the integrity of the Show and create a fair environment for all exhibitors. Click HERE to view the regulations.

    Island and peninsula booth design regulations were due to Show Management by March 1st. Past March 1st expect delays in approvals.

  8. How can I view & pay my Invoice for the NRA Show?back to top

    Current exhibitors may view/print the most up-to-date invoices and pay their balances via credit card by going to "My Account" in Exhibitor Services. You will need your company password found on your confirmation and invoice. 

    (NOTE: The balance due reflects booth space only and does not include outstanding balances with any other contractors.)

  9. Can I use a credit card to pay for my booth space?back to top

    Yes; we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover card).

  10. When will exhibitor registration open for NRA Show 2017?back to top

    Exhibitor registration is open for NRA Show 2017. Login to Exhibitor Services with your password to register your booth personnel, order lead retrieval or rent the attendee list.

  11. How many complimentary Show badges do I receive with my booth?back to top

    Each exhibitor receives five (5) complimentary badges for the first 100 square feet of space purchased, and three (3) badges for each additional 100 square feet of space [e.g., up to 200 square feet equals eight (8) badges, up to 300 square feet equals (11) badges, etc.].

    Login to Exhibitor Services, then click "Registration Services" to begin registering your booth personnel.

  12. Will Wi-Fi be available at the Show?back to top

    Yes, McCormick Place offers Wi-Fi at a cost. The Inetrnet order form is available in the Additional Services Section of the Service Kit. 

  13. How do I make hotel arrangements?back to top

    Hotel arrangements for NRA Show 2017 can be made through NRA Show Official Housing. Visit  Housing to book now.

  14. Are children allowed on the show floor?back to top

    No one under 16 years of age will be permitted on the Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. Children 16 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  15. What are the dates, hours and location of NRA Show 2017?back to top

    The 2017 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show® will be held May 20-23 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.

    Show Hours: (Attendee Access)

    • Saturday, May 20- Monday, May 22: 9:30am – 5:00pm
    • Tuesday, May 23: 9:30-3:00pm

    BAR is a two-day event, co-located with the NRA Show.   18. Can I get a copy of the attendee list?back to top

    You are able to rent the attendee list by sending a broadcast email or you can have shipping labels mailed to you. Renting the attendee list allows you to target those specific registration types you are looking to reach.
