    We expect to finalize the schedules in early 2018.

  8. Will badges be mailed in advance of the Show? back to top

    Show badges can be picked up onsite or mailed in advance of the Show. If badge mailing is chosen, it will be mailed to your attention at the address selected during the registration process. If you register after May 4, 2018, badges must be picked up at McCormick Place. 

  9. What will be included with the Show badge if badge mailing was chosen?back to top

    Show badge mailing will include the Show badge, transportation guide, and a complimentary Metra Train Ticket. Badge lanyards and Show bags will be available throughout McCormick Place.

  10. Do I have to be an NRA Member to attend?back to top

    No, but you must be affiliated with the restaurant/foodservice or lodging industry. A business card or tax ID number is required to register for the Show. Your company's accounting/finance department can provide you with the tax ID number. Please note: NRA Show is for trade only and not open to the public.

  11. Do NRA Members receive complimentary badges to attend the NRA Show?back to top

    Members of the National Restaurant Association are entitled to receive a complimentary badge to NRA Show only.

  13. Who should attend NRA Show?back to top

    Attendance at NRA Show is open to anyone directly involved in the foodservice or lodging industry.

  14. Can I use a credit card or a check to register?back to top

    Registration is credit card only. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard, VISA).  Please note: Checks are not accepted.

  15. Are purchase orders and wire transfers accepted?back to top

    No, purchase orders and wire transfers are not accepted. 

  16. Are children allowed in the Show?back to top

    No one under 16 years of age will be permitted on the NRA Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This includes infants and toddlers. Absolutely no strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) are permitted at any time on the NRA Show floor. Children ages 16 to 18 years of age are permitted only if accompanied by an adult at all times. The National Restaurant Association reserves the right to request proof of age from any one at any time. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy. This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees. Registration of anyone under 16 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.

  17. What are the refund and cancellation policies?back to top

    Registered attendees are required to submit their cancellation request to the NRA customer service department at NRA@experient-inc.com by April 6, 2018. AFTER this time no refunds will be issued.

  18. Are substitutions permitted? back to top

    Yes, substitutions may be made if the original registrant submits the request in writing including the name, company, phone and email of his/her replacement.  Original payments cannot change and/or substituted. If badge has mailed, original badge must be returned with the letter.

    Once badge mailing has stopped, badge, letter and identification must be brought to onsite registration for substitution to occur. Please note: If badge has already been used a substitution will not be approved.

    Sharing of badges is not permitted.
     

  19. How do I make hotel arrangements?back to top

    Hotel arrangements for NRA Show 2018 can be made through NRA Show Official Housing by visiting the Housing Section of our Website. Room availability and reservations are limited.

  20. Is shuttle service provided? back to top

    Yes. Complimentary shuttle service is provided between official hotels and McCormick Place beginning Saturday, May 19 through Tuesday, May 22. A complete listing of hotels with corresponding shuttle route information will be available soon.

  21. How do I remove merchandise from the Show floor? back to top

    Product removal from the Show floor should be accompanied by a Merchandise Removal Pass distributed by exhibitors who desire to give away product to an NRA Show attendee. The pass must be signed by a representative of the exhibiting company authorizing the attendee to remove product from their booth and the building. Security personnel will not permit attendees to leave the building without the required pass. 

  22. How many exhibitors will be at NRA Show 2018?back to top

    We expect more than 2,300 companies.

  23. How long does it take to walk the Show floor?back to top

    Allow at least two days to adequately cover the entire Show.

    The Exhibit Guide & Program will be available at McCormick Place, all four days of the Show, beginning Saturday, May 19. Exhibit Guide & Programs are not available prior to the start of NRA Show. To view NRA Show 2018 exhibitors please view the online floorplan.

    The dress code for NRA Show is business casual.
