Exhibit Space Pricing – Prices Held to 2009 Level
• Exhibit space in all halls is $28.50 per square foot (U.S. funds). There is a $300 charge for each open corner.
• Exhibit space cost includes an 8-foot high back drape plus two 33-inch high draped side rails, booth sign with a company name and booth number
• A listing on our Web site which receives 3+ million page views annually and a listing in the Exhibit Guide & Program, the official buyers guide of the NRA Show
Exhibit Space Payment Guidelines
• All applications received prior to February 2, 2010 must include a 30% deposit. The balance is due February 2, 2010. All applications received after February 2, 2010 must include payment in full.
• Exhibitors may cancel or downsize their exhibit space and receive a full refund (credit card refunds will incur a 4% administrative fee) of all space payments on returned space provided written notification of such cancellation or downsizing is received by the NRA on or before December 30, 2009. There will be no refunds or credit of exhibit space payment for canceling or downsizing that occurs after December 30, 2009.
After August 14, all applications will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis.
Booth Space Selection
• Exhibitors are considered for booth assignment in the order of receipt of application and deposit.
• All 2010 exhibit space assignments will be made, whenever possible, in keeping with the preferences requested by the exhibitor, based on the availability of a particular exhibit space.
