Enter the Operator Innovations Awards, the only program where fellow foodservice operators recognize and celebrate their peers who are transforming the industry through innovation.
Our team of independent operator experts from across the industry will evaluate innovations from restaurant and foodservice companies, both commercial and non-commercial, in five distinct categories:
Health & Nutrition
Innovations that increase the nutritional value of foods, reduce the consumption of foods and ingredients with negative health impacts, and engage patrons in better health and fitness lifestyles.
Innovations that build brands, drive traffic, increase awareness and/or enhance customer engagement.
Innovations that attract and engage patrons with new items, categories, concepts, presentations and price/value alternatives specifically related to the menu.
Innovations that conserve resources, reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, support sustainable sourcing and minimize environmental impact.
Innovations that apply technology (e.g. IT advances, mobile applications, operational systems, and equipment) in a unique way to solve operational challenges and/or drive revenue.
Commercial and non-commercial operators can self-nominate or be nominated by individuals throughout the industry—including manufacturers, dealers and distributors, media and other restaurant and foodservice industry professionals.
